a somewhat lackluster experience
poor water pressure indifferent staff
my stay wasn't exactly stellar the water pressure in the shower was barely there it felt more like a gentle mist than a proper shower also the breakfast felt chaotic staff seemed indifferent and i had no clue where anything was or how to get a simple cup of coffee instructions or a menu would have been nice really a letdown considering the hotel's reputation the room had a smokey smell too.

breakfast buffet good size
The breakfast buffet impressed me. It includes a good variety of choices. The room was clean. It featured good size and presentation.
The shower suffered from poor water pressure. This made for a bit of a shame.

The hotel benefits from an excellent spot. It is easy to access bars, restaurants, and shopping areas, perfect for exploring the area. The building is iconic, offering great views from the higher floors.

Some reception staff members provided really good service. They addressed any problems quickly and with courtesy. I found the cleaning staff very helpful when I needed items to maintain a green approach .

mediocre stay could use improvements
poor water pressure unorganized breakfast
the breakfast situation was like a free-for-all i was pointed toward a table but no one explained anything the staff seemed too busy to help anyone navigate the food stations getting a hot drink was like a quest honestly the room had poor water pressure making showers less than refreshing it just didn't feel polished

the location was GOOD. I found the beds very comfortable. reception staff members were friendly and efficient too. breakfast was good quality with various options.

damp bed sheets squeaky bed
The room had an ironing board and iron. A litre of cool water was available in a glass bottle. This was a nice touch.
I was told on-site parking was available, but it was not. Parking still cost nearly £50, even with a discount code. The bed sheets were damp and smelled. The bed squeaked every time you moved.
